A magical and unique experience inspired by ancient traditions of gathering in sacred space.
Temple is a sacred space in which we treat the body as a temple inhabited by the soul. It is a space where we co-create safety, softness, and presence, so that our bodies and souls may meet in the present moment and witness love together.
This sex-positive community places its focus on the integration of body, mind, and soul, rather than on sexuality alone, which is why the practices in Temple are designed to:
Introductory Temple, a playground for adults, is the alphabet of Temple Art culture. It is where we learn the basics of how to move and relate within Temple space, which is why it is required for everyone who wants to explore further. You will learn a great deal about boundaries, the Wheel of Consent (Betty Martin), and RBDSM-AT communication.
4-6 PM
We begin with beautiful guided experiences and practices designed to support the exploration of our individual energies and our heart-led, playful, energetic, and physical connections with one another.
You will gain practical knowledge about healthy boundaries and consent agreements, and you will have the opportunity to practice them through direct experience.
You will explore questions such as: do you agree to requests you would rather decline, do you tolerate situations instead of responding with a full yes, are you unsure of what you want, do you worry that your desires are too much, do you spend more time in your head than in your body?
7-9 PM
This part of the evening is dedicated to practice and embodied experience. You will be guided through solo, group, and partner practices of conscious connection, embodiment, play, authentic communication, and present, loving touch. It is an invitation to step out of the mind and into the body. Your level of participation is entirely up to you, you could move through the whole evening without touching another person if that is your authentic truth. Boundaries are respected.
From 9 PM onward
The temple transforms into an open playground for those who wish to continue exploring at their own rhythm and in their own way. In this part, you can experiment with everything you have learned throughout the day.
If anyone would like to sleep in the temple space, you are welcome to do so, but please let me know in advance so we can arrange it.
Sunday
9 AM-1 PM
This part of the programme is devoted to learning and practicing what has already been explored. There will be a short talk on communication, through which you will receive tools you can use throughout the day and later in life to communicate your desires, needs, and intentions more clearly. You will be guided through solo, group, and partner practices of conscious connection, embodiment, play, authentic communication, and present, loving touch.

My first lessons about boundaries, intimacy, opening, and connecting with the body began through group psychotherapy. Just when I thought I knew it all, when I was already teaching others, I found myself at my first temple, where all the theory was suddenly challenged by real embodied practice.
My breath changed, my body tightened, and the moment came for full responsibility, which at that time terrified me. I was surprised by the amount of insecurity that arose. I realized that it is not so simple to take responsibility when you truly find yourself in a space where everything is allowed, yet nothing is required.
It was easier to run away from responsibility, from my body, from my truth, and to theorize about boundaries, than to truly feel myself and speak my truth. Yet being in that space also brought reciprocal maturation and inner strength. Little by little, temple gave me the opportunity, through play and through practicing play with mutual consent, to return to my truth and honor the messages of my body.
Through practice and being in temple, my body softened, it began communicating with me more clearly, and it became joyful and playful because it finally felt that I was truly listening to it and respecting it. And finally, it began to feel genuinely safe, from within.
When fear and contraction were replaced by safety, pleasure arrived, and so did play. That was what I had longed for my whole life. Pleasure and play made a home in my body, and then slowly began to spill into everything I created in everyday life.
Temple is a place where you translate your inner sensations and your contact with the body into words, and through those words create the frame for your own experience. Taking responsibility for yourself and your actions in a free environment can move us more deeply than a hundred individual therapy sessions and years of self-work, because it returns us into contact with the body, sensation, and the nervous system while calling us into responsibility toward ourselves and others.
You may come to the workshop with a partner or alone. You will be invited to participate in practices, rituals, and forms of relating to yourself and others, but you are under no obligation to participate if, for any reason, it does not feel right for you.
You are welcome exactly as you are in this moment. The one responsibility you do have while being in the temple is to be responsible for your boundaries, and we will keep gently reminding you to stay aware of them.
Every person in the space matters, so I invite you to remember that. With devotion, honesty, and responsibility, message me and I will send you the application. Thank you for your understanding and your responsibility.
5-6 PM
We begin with free movement through which we connect with our bodies, the space, and the people around us. After movement and dance, we create an opening circle in order to establish safety and the container.
6-7 PM
This part of the evening is intended for practice and direct experience. It is an opportunity to step out of the mind and into the body while being seen. We explore what it means to see and be seen, to feel and be aware of everything we are feeling, and to stay present with all that is, without judgment, with love and acceptance.
7-7:15 PM
Break
7:15-9 PM
Ritual of sensual games
This ritual explores how the body responds to different stimuli, energies, and forms of play, and helps us discover where pleasure is present and where it is not. We will explore all the senses, sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, and the energetic body. We will play with food, scents, warm and cold sensations, softness, sharpness, tenderness, and different energetic qualities, noticing what each one awakens in the body.
9-11 PM
The temple transforms into an open playground for those who wish to continue exploring in their own rhythm and flow. In this part you may explore everything you have learned so far, practice RBDSM, and explore different kinds of contact and touch.
Your level of participation is entirely up to you. You could spend the whole evening without touching another person if that is your authentic truth. Boundaries are respected.
My first lessons in kink were completely accidental. At that time I saw myself as romantic, gentle, and longing for tenderness, yet very quickly my body surprised me with its responses. Cuddling felt sweet and dear to my heart, but my body responded with much more excitement to hair pulling, a hand around the neck, and a slightly rougher bite on the trapezius.
It was beautiful to listen to my body, and at the same time a little frightening.
Then came the moment of fully taking responsibility and naming it... I like it when you pull my hair... I like a stronger bite on my neck... I like...
I realized it is not so simple to take responsibility for your kink, but once you begin to know it, it becomes a playful game that enriches a relationship with a new dimension of trust and depth.

In this ritual we explore what our primary pleasure energy is, the one that creates and holds space, or the one that surrenders within that space.
